Echinoderm – Eupatagus floridanus

Description

Very well preserved, as it has not been overly worn by exfoliation, complete heart urchin (Eupatagus floridanus) displaying good detail of the petals. This specimen is from the Eocene Epoch, Ocala Limestone Formation and was found in Citrus County, Florida.
