Almandine Garnet

Impressive, dark red Almandine Garnet crystal cluster from River Valley, Ontario.  The Garnets from the quarry in River Valley are rare, because for about the past thirty-five years it has not been possible to collect at this location, as there is a subdivision built over the site.
